In 1993, Dawn Fink joined her father, Attorney H.B. Fink, to form Fink Law Office. Focusing on Criminal and Family Law, Attorney Fink worked alongside her father before leaving in 2006 to serve an elected term as Potter County District Attorney. Returning to private practice after the passing of her father, Attorney Fink - along with Office Manager Renee Dalton - took on Kelli Burgess as Paralegal who oversees real estate and estates. Attorney
Dawn Fink
After graduating from Temple Law, Dawn interned with the Disabilities Law Project, where she represented children and adults who suffered discrimination because of their disabilities. Dawn then went into practice with her father, H.B. Fink, who taught her the "nuts and bolts" of the legal profession. Dawn served as Potter County District Attorney from 2006 - 2010, before returning to private practice. Dawn now provides pro bono legal services to several local non-profit organizations and feels blessed to work alongside her experienced, competent, and friendly staff. In her free time, Dawn enjoys gardening, hiking, and cooking family Sunday suppers.
